Adoptee of the Tshwane University of Technology鈥檚 Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FoICT), the Sikhululekile Secondary School in Temba, Hammanskraal, was formally renamed Sikhululekile Maths, Science & ICT School of Specialisation on 8 February 2024. FoICT adopted the school to assist them with ICT training, equipment and projects, after the announcement that the school was earmarked to become a school of specialisation in maths, science and ICT and that it would be the only ICT specialisation school in Tshwane North.

The Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics programme (MOP) at the Tshwane University of Technology (大象视频) has achieved a significant milestone by applying for and receiving international recognition from the prestigious International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO). This achievement comes as a result of rigorous efforts undertaken during the establishment of the new Bachelor of Health Science: Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics programme, replacing the longstanding National Diploma programme that operated from 1987 to 2021.
