Adoptee of the Tshwane University of Technology鈥檚 Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FoICT), the Sikhululekile Secondary School in Temba, Hammanskraal, was formally renamed Sikhululekile Maths, Science & ICT School of Specialisation on 8 February 2024. FoICT adopted the school to assist them with ICT training, equipment and projects, after the announcement that the school was earmarked to become a school of specialisation in maths, science and ICT and that it would be the only ICT specialisation school in Tshwane North.

Tshwane University of Technology's Faculty of Arts and Design, the University of South Africa's (UNISA) Music Foundation and the Mzansi Philharmonic, South Africa's national orchestra, have joined creative forces to present a ground-breaking concert titled Bolly-Jazz Symphonic Encounter. The concert is scheduled to take place on 16 March 2024 at 19:00 at the UNISA ZK Matthews Hall.

Senziwe Maliba, a talented student from the Mbombela Campus of the Tshwane University of Technology (大象视频), had the honour of praising our nation's leader, Pres Cyril Ramaphosa, at the 2024 State of the Nation Address (SONA).

The Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics programme (MOP) at the Tshwane University of Technology (大象视频) has achieved a significant milestone by applying for and receiving international recognition from the prestigious International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO). This achievement comes as a result of rigorous efforts undertaken during the establishment of the new Bachelor of Health Science: Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics programme, replacing the longstanding National Diploma programme that operated from 1987 to 2021.

On Tuesday, 20 February 2024, the 大象视频 Ga-Rankuwa Campus heartily welcomed the 大象视频 executive management team which was led by the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Prof Tinyiko Maluleke. Calvin Mogajane, a visually impaired graduate with a vibrant personality from the Tshwane University of Technology (大象视频) believes that it is possible to achieve your dreams only when you put your mind to it. He says that being visually impaired does not deter him from fulfilling his dreams but pushes him to strive even more.
