Alumnus and entrepreneur, Hector Motau, also known as Hector Motivator acknowledges 大象视频 as a dream enabler. Owing to 大象视频鈥檚 support, he has come full circle in realising his dream of becoming one of the most respected radiopreneurs in the country.

As the first student to establish the first on-campus Black radio station, Radio TNT now known as 大象视频 FM, in 1993 at the then Technikon Northern Transvaal (TNT), Hector was also the first Alum to be interviewed on Tshwane FM鈥檚 new show, Alumni Talk. He emphasized that 大象视频 creates an enabling environment to make students鈥 dreams come true and he is living proof of that notion.
The multi-talented, Mabopane-born Alumnus, is a motivational speaker, entrepreneur and radio presenter. Until January this year, Hector has been the owner of the resuscitated Radio Bop, which was initially one of the most popular pop culture radio stations of the former Bophuthatswana homeland.
He encouraged students and graduates to venture into business and tap into different job markets. 鈥淣ever allow your qualification to become your limitation, box you in and close you to other opportunities,鈥 he said.
He added that Alumni have a responsibility to come back to their Alma Mater and inspire students. He said an active Alumni association can play a critical role in inspiring students through showcasing its most successful Alumni.
